The Studio
We believe a room is finished when nothing in it is asking for attention. That takes restraint — fewer pieces, better ones, and materials that are permitted to show their age.
Halstead Lane is a new studio, and we say so plainly, because it shapes how we work. We take a small number of projects at a time. Every one is principal-led, from the first conversation through final placement. There is no house style to defend and no back catalogue to repeat — only the particular rooms in front of us, and the people who will actually live in them.
What We Do
Single Rooms & Refresh
One room, considered properly. A living room that never quite resolved, a bedroom worth starting over, a dining room that needs three right decisions rather than thirty. Scoped tightly, priced plainly.
Sourcing & Procurement
For clients who have the plan and want the pieces. We specify, source, negotiate, order and track — through delivery, inspection and installation — so nothing arrives in the wrong finish six weeks late.

A point of view you can put your hand on.
We return to a small family of materials because they behave well over decades: they take light softly, they patinate rather than degrade, and they sit together without argument.

Specification, quotes, orders and a live schedule you can see. Every lead time tracked, every substitution brought to you rather than decided around you.

Installation
Receiving, inspection, placement and styling in as few days as we can manage. You come home to a finished room, not to a project.
