Full-Home Interiors

Typically 4–9 months

Ground-up direction for a whole residence, from early architectural drawings through the day the last chair is placed. We work alongside your architect, builder and trades, and we hold the design intent steady while everyone else is solving their own problem.

Single Rooms & Refresh

Typically 6–14 weeks

One room, resolved properly. A living room that never quite came together, a bedroom worth starting over, a dining room that needs three right decisions rather than thirty. Tightly scoped and flatly priced, and we will keep whatever you already own that deserves to stay.

Sourcing & Procurement

Ongoing, or by project

For clients and firms who have the plan and want the pieces. We specify, source, quote, order and track — through delivery, inspection and installation — so nothing turns up in the wrong finish six weeks after it was promised.

Fees

Quoted once, in writing, before anything starts.

We work on a flat design fee rather than an hourly rate, quoted after the first conversation and fixed for the agreed scope. If the scope changes, we re-quote before the work happens — never after.

Furnishings are billed separately at cost plus a stated procurement fee, and you see the underlying pricing. We would rather earn on the design than on quietly marking up a sofa.
